normal style="LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-INDENT: 14pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0000">我公司在非洲承建的一條4000t/d水泥熟料生產(chǎn)線(xiàn),該項(xiàng)目回轉(zhuǎn)窯在安裝過(guò)程中發(fā)生了筒體開(kāi)裂的質(zhì)量事故;其規(guī)格為Φ4.6 × 68m,斜度3.5%,轉(zhuǎn)速0.45~4.47rpm ,三擋支撐。 回轉(zhuǎn)窯筒體采用了兩種材質(zhì),一種材質(zhì)為Q235-B,長(zhǎng)度為40.8m;另一種材質(zhì)為12CrMoV,長(zhǎng)度為26.7m;
一、事故經(jīng)過(guò):
normal style="LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-INDENT: 14pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0000">在1月31日,在質(zhì)檢查人員對(duì)回轉(zhuǎn)窯筒體焊接情況例行的查時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)靠近2#輪帶出料端一側(cè)特殊材質(zhì)(12Cr1MoVg)的一段筒體從搭接板焊縫處沿窯軸向出現(xiàn)了一條縱向的裂紋,長(zhǎng)度約為2000mm,基本裂到了下一條環(huán)焊縫,裂縫寬度最大處約2mm,深度為30mm左右(此段節(jié)筒體厚度為40mm);詳見(jiàn)附圖照片所示。

二、質(zhì)量事故分分析:
normal style="LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-INDENT: 14pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0000">筒體出現(xiàn)軸向裂紋后,立即對(duì)事故的經(jīng)過(guò)和原因進(jìn)行了解和分析;通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)和分析制作工藝過(guò)程,筆者認(rèn)為出現(xiàn)此事事故的主要原因是現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工時(shí)施工單位沒(méi)有嚴(yán)格按照工藝評(píng)定施工工序進(jìn)行施工。具體原因是:

normal style="LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-INDENT: 14pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0000">該段節(jié)筒體鋼板比較厚(40mm),材質(zhì)為12CrMoV,屬于珠光體耐熱鋼,由于含碳量及合金元素較多,因此材質(zhì)的材料比較脆,在筒體卷制過(guò)程中通常需要在卷板機(jī)上調(diào)整縱向焊縫部位的圓度,因此需要往復(fù)卷制幾次,可能造成此部位的鋼板彎曲應(yīng)力過(guò)于集中。

normal style="LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-INDENT: 14pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0000">在回轉(zhuǎn)窯窯筒體組對(duì)排口過(guò)程中,沒(méi)注意將相鄰兩節(jié)筒體的周長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)牡确趾螅龠M(jìn)行排口,而是隨意的從一個(gè)位置開(kāi)始進(jìn)行了組對(duì)排口,造成最后排口位置處筒體的錯(cuò)邊最太大,不滿(mǎn)足圖紙的偏差要求:錯(cuò)邊量小于2mm;但為了使錯(cuò)邊量盡量的小,只好用絲桿強(qiáng)力的頂筒體,而造成筒體局部應(yīng)力集中;
normal style="LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-INDENT: 14pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none">兩節(jié)筒體組對(duì)用的搭接板不符合設(shè)計(jì)要求:正確的搭接板應(yīng)用應(yīng)力釋放孔(圓弧狀),而施工單位丟失設(shè)備廠家自帶的搭接板后,自己加工了一塊進(jìn)行了替代,但沒(méi)有開(kāi)釋放孔,詳見(jiàn)附圖照片;這樣結(jié)果造成焊接時(shí)焊接應(yīng)力無(wú)法釋放,筒體內(nèi)部應(yīng)力集中,給筒體開(kāi)裂埋下了隱患;

normal style="LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-INDENT: 14pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0000">雖然焊接過(guò)程中按要求進(jìn)行了預(yù)熱,但焊后的保溫程序卻沒(méi)有做,而且焊接后天氣又不太好,兩天休息日天氣又總是下雨,這樣使搭接板焊接處產(chǎn)生了很大的應(yīng)力;在星期一又是晴天,被太陽(yáng)一曬后,回轉(zhuǎn)窯筒的內(nèi)外應(yīng)力交變作用下,應(yīng)力就在薄弱點(diǎn)(起焊點(diǎn))進(jìn)行了釋放,造成了筒體開(kāi)裂的質(zhì)量事故。
三、修復(fù)工作:
normal style="LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-INDENT: 14pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0000">發(fā)現(xiàn)筒體開(kāi)裂的情況后,為了防止裂紋的進(jìn)一步的延伸,立即安排施工人員用磨光機(jī)對(duì)裂縫進(jìn)行打磨止裂處理,進(jìn)而減少裂紋尾端的應(yīng)力集中,詳見(jiàn)附圖照片;接著對(duì)開(kāi)裂的裂紋尾部和與其相關(guān)的環(huán)向焊縫和搭接板焊接處進(jìn)行了著色滲透檢查和超聲波檢查,均未再發(fā)現(xiàn)任何的微裂紋和缺陷。

normal style="LAYOUT-GRID-MODE: char; LINE-HEIGHT: 200%; TEXT-INDENT: 14pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0000">在環(huán)向焊縫處焊接三塊環(huán)向搭接板加固開(kāi)裂處,以保證裂紋處筒體的強(qiáng)度和回轉(zhuǎn)窯整體的剛度,然后對(duì)筒體的弧度進(jìn)行修改,修復(fù)的工作與回轉(zhuǎn)窯筒體組對(duì)的方式類(lèi)似,在這就不做重點(diǎn)說(shuō)明了;
